What is yoga?Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing. It originated in India many hundreds of years ago, and has continually evolved towards the form that is popular throughout the world today. There are many different styles of yoga practices today.

WaiverYoga is a very safe way to improve health and wellbeing, however like with all forms of physical exercise, should you have any health concerns it is advisable to consult with your doctor first before attending classes. We do ask that students take responsibility of their own wellbeing and to advise teachers before and even during classes should there be any reason for concern. Please inform your teacher immediately if are feeling unsure or have muscle soreness, pain or strain, unwell, dizziness or sickness. Listen to and respect your body. Our Teachers are qualified and well-trained to ensure that you have a good experience. However Inhale cannot accept any liability for personal injury related or unrelated to participating in a class. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that you understand that yoga practice involves strong physical actions and that such practice carries the risk of physical or mental injury. You also accept that you understand that it is your individual responsibility that when taking classes, in studio or virtually, that you will not go beyond your personal limits and that you will take sensible steps to keep within your level of experience and personal ability. What classes are available?Often people start yoga because they want to achieve a result in their body – Better posture, long lean muscles, improved flexibility, core strength, or to tone the entire body. Some come seeking relief from pain and discomfort in their bodies while others are looking to find a way to relax, de-stress and unwind. Or maybe they have chosen yoga to compliment another sport like running or cycling. Whatever you are seeking we have the class for you. In a short period of time you will begin to see some of the results you are after,but more than that, you will also begin to feel more connected to your true self, more confident and in touch with your own body and mind. You will feel happier and more content and as a result you will begin to make better health and wellness choices. You will feel vibrant and alive in your body and mind, finding content and happiness in your life.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
