Join us for a different kind of Saturday Session, getting our spiritual groove on with a cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance workshop. Whether you want to channel your inner Stevie Nicks or in the words of Taylor Swift- to Shake it off, there’s a space on our dance floor just for you 💃🎶✨ No dance experience needed and is accessible by all. Just bring yourself and an open mind! This 1 hour 30 minute experience promises to be both enjoyable and enlightening, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a sacred ritual with the healing power of cacao and the liberating energy of ecstatic dance. As we come together, we will drink the rich cacao elixir, feeling its warmth envelop us as we set intentions for our time ahead. We will then surrender to the music, letting our bodies move freely and joyously in a state of pure happiness. This event is not only fun but also deeply spiritual and I cannot wait to share this magical experience with you!
